I am a Nutritional Therapist and trained Acupuncturist living and working in Devon. My passion is sharing with people how food can be 'medicine' often with just a few tweaks and add-ins; my passion for sharing and teaching comes from my own struggles and subsequent healing around eating and food.
My other passion is the Chinese Five Elements which I fell in love during my Acupuncture training almost 30 years ago now and I love the simple profoundness of living and working with the seasonal energy. From this has come 'Journey with the Seasons', my co-work with Sarah-Jayne Hayden-Binder.
I did my first LifeTracking course in 2011 and then again in 2016/17. I am currently loving the WoTT course with Ali Ashby.
I already use the LifeTracking material in my nutrition sessions and I'm loving the extra depth it brings along with being able to weave in my meridian and Acupuncture knowledge.
I also created, and teach, the 'Five Element Nutrition for Kinesiologists' core subject nutrition module alongside Sarah-Jayne Hayden-Binder.
Apart from working, I love walking the Devon moors and coastal paths, gardening, eating and making delicious, nutritious food and taking photos of nature.
