I qualified as a Creative Kinesiologist in 2001 having been introduced to this way of working through the Touch For Health courses.  Although initially I undertook this training as part of my own spiritual self development, I soon realised that it provided an amazing appendage to my vocation as a dramatherapist, extending my horizons and providing me with a much more holistic approach to healing.

Since then I have continued to be amazed at the way that Creative Kinesiology works! The basic premise of dramatherapy practice is to ‘start where the client is’, to provide the stage and the props but to let the script be the province of the client.  To my delight I discovered that this non-directive approach was reflected in the Creative Kinesiology practice of client and practitioner being on a journey together to discover the source of the problem and the most appropriate healing.

Having worked for eighteen years as a dramatherapist and yoga teacher I like to think therefore that I can bring the skills inherent in these disciplines to my work as a kinesiologist.  I believe passionately in the ability of the client to bring about their own healing provided that they are equipped with the right ‘toolkit’ and consider it my job to provide just this within a safe, gentle and nurturing environment.

Sessions at my home near a lovely beach in South Devon last between 1 and 1½ hours and cost  £35.

Please phone me on 07922 173343 for an appointment and/or to discuss what you need.

‘Penny has worked co-creatively with me, accompanying me on my life journey over the past five years.  Her genuine, warm, accepting and thoughtful manner, irrespective of what I report on makes me feel welcomed and totally at ease.’
