My journey with Creative Kinesiology started in 2001 through seeking support with allergies for my young daughter.  From the outset, I was amazed by the potential to gain feedback from our body to explore what is happening in any aspect of our being - physical, nutritional, emotional and energetic - and what is needed to restore balance.

I continue to be amazed - every session is a journey of discovery and I feel honoured to be able to work alongside clients as their wisdom reveals what is needed in this moment of their lives.  This process of journeying - both with clients individually and in groups - is a wonderful way of witnessing our stories as they unfold.

Having completed the 'Way of the Tracker' professional training with Carrie Jost at the CK School, in 2003, I have trained further in Perceptual Bodywork and undertaken a range of teaching qualifications.  I bring experience of working in a wide variety of healing settings over many years - including nursing and Pyschosynthesis Therapeutic Counselling - to my work as a Creative Kinesiologist, counsellor, teacher and mentor.  My spiritual practice includes studying the Native American Medicine Wheel and I integrate this shamanic healing experience into my life and work.

My time is now divided between seeing clients on a one-to-one basis, running Foundation & Professional level Creative Kinesiology trainings and short core subject courses.  I also offer mentoring to practitioners - both through one--to-one sessions and in groups - and run a variety of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) workshops.

One of my passions is working in-depth over time, with clients and with practitioners.  This approach offers the potential for healing and growth at a deep level - a space for long-held patterns to be witnessed and transformed.

Individual sessions in central Exeter, Devon.  Initial sessions last for 1½ hours and cost £65. Subsequent sessions last for 1 hour and cost £50.   Concessions available by negotiation.

I recommend planning for 3 sessions initially, and offer a reduced price for the first 3 sessions for new clients for £145 (saving £20 on the full cost).

'Deepening working with the 5 Elements with our clients' - CPD workshops for practitioners

I'll be offering a series of 1 day workshops exploring this wonderful multi-layered map, and including working with:

  • the 14 muscles and 5 Element balancing
  • Touch for Health balancing tools
  • ways to 'witness' the many aspects of the 5 Elements during sessions
  • and whatever practitioners bring!

'Journeying Over Time With your Clients' - new Mentoring/CPD group for practitioners

I've been working with a group of practitioners for a number of years now, meeting regularly (usually every 6 weeks or so) and exploring how to develop the skills needed to hold deep process with clients over time. Participants have valued this work as a great way to receive mentoring support and enhance skills in a supportive setting.

I'm planning to start a new group early in 2018.  The group is open to practitioners wishing to commit to journeying with a small group of fellow practitioners for a series of workshops.  The first one will be a 'taster workshop' to explore whether this is the space you are looking for.  Participants wishing to continue will be asked to commit to a further 6 workshops.

LifeTracking Foundation Kinesiology & Personal Development Series

My next LifeTracking group starts in the Spring of 2018 and dates will be on the calendar soon.  It will be running at Trevanin Farm, Woodbury near Exeter, over 3 modules of 3 - 4 days.  If you are interested in taking part, please contact me for more details.

Creative Kinesiology 'Way Of The Tracker' & 'Perceptual Bodywork' Training

I am currently running a Way of the Tracker course, which started in October at the Practice Rooms.  This course is offered in 7 x 3-day modules and spread over almost a year, completing in September 2018

Core Subjects

In addition to the foundation and professional courses, I also facilitate 2 core subjects required by students wishing to become fully accredited practitioners: Interpersonal Skills and Practice Management.

Mentoring

I offer mentoring on an individual and group basis and have been approved by the Creative Kinesiology Association & Kinesiology Federation as a recognised mentor.  As such I am able to offer mentoring to practitioners journeying towards becoming a registered kinesiology practitioner. The cost is £50 per one hour individual session.  Group costs vary depending on the length and size of group.

Healing & Self Discovery Journey

This course is designed to give participants the opportunity to embark on a personal journey of healing and self discovery!

  • You will be able to learn more about the world of subtle energy and undertake a personal journey of growth and development.
  • My aim will be to help you identify and work with issues and obstacles that hold you back, clearing the way, so that you can move forwards on your life path.
  • As a group, we will work in a co-creative way, learning through working with the issues and experiences that participants bring.
  • I will be introducing a variety of healing skills and tools from the worlds of Chinese Medicine; Native American Shamanic Healing; Kinesiology; Energy Medicine and Therapeutic Counselling.
  • The group offers a safe and confidential space for participants to explore their journey in a caring and supportive environment, whilst enabling everyone to learn more about listening and witnessing - skills that are invaluable in life.
  • So, it promises to be a dynamic, self-empowering process, as I introduce you to ways of bringing - and maintaining - balance in your everyday life.

I am currently looking at dates for running course in the Spring of 2018 and if you are interested, please can you contact me to talk about the possibilities.
