SUMMARY:Releasing trauma; Working with the Vagus Nerve
DESCRIPTION:with Sarah-Jayne Hayden-Binder\, AKFRP \nBuilding on the work of the awesome Carrie Jost\, this course looks at practical applications of this body of work \n\n	 In our practice with our clients\n	For our selves when life asks us to navigate complex times.\n\nSarah-Jayne brings her lived experience as a carer to her complex need adult son\, and the resilience that requires\, along with her love of the latest science and its revelations about how we can bring regulation and calm to our system (and co-regulate with those around us). \nThe health outcomes of this work really are only just being discovered. \nAs Carrie Jost said about this course: \n“Based on the work of Stephen Porges and others we can understand how trauma can become embodied and cause pain\, low energy or relationship difficulties for instance. Using the tracking approach\, this course introduces some useful methods of testing for trauma and associated parts of the energy and physical systems. We shall look at ways to detect the problems and then to release the trauma\, using simple balancing approaches.” \n“During this course you will learn how to recognise and test for Vagus Nerve imbalance with its associated trauma\, plus some great natural ways of restoring balance. We can then aim for being the best we can be\, reaching for our goals in life.” \nThis course is in three parts \nPart One: Friday 6th June\, 2025 – Sunday 8th June\, 2025 taught days \nPart Two: Home study – completing two case studies is required \nPart Three: Two personal / mentoring sessions once you have completed at least one case study. \nCourse Cost: \n£375 \nTo book this course: \nFor more information or to book please call 07812400634 or email trackwaysforchange@gmail.com \n
