DESCRIPTION:With Lizzie Hubbard and Judith Vincent \nWhat is Lifetracking? \nLifeTracking introduces Creative Kinesiology’s body-tracking approach. \nBy using muscle testing\, it helps you connect to your body’s wisdom. \nThis connection allows the release of held patterns such as stress and anxiety\, along with deeper\, more ingrained issues. \nThe course covers fundamental principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine\, muscle testing techniques and various subtle energy tools that promote health\, well-being and vitality. \nLearning is hands-on and experiential\, guiding you on a personal journey of development. \nYou will engage in group work and one to one practice to address real issues as they arise. \nCourse topics in more detail \n\n	Muscle Testing as a tool to balance the body at all levels.\n	Fundamental principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.\n	The Human Energy Field\, the Chakras and Subtle Bodies.\n	The power of the breath along with certain breathing techniques.\n	The Listening Touch.\n	Developing an understanding of subtle energy and how to work with it.\n	Releasing old patterns and habits.\n	Listening skills and the benefits they can bring.\n	Understanding body language enables you to gain insight into others and to become aware of what your own body is communicating to you.\n	Building confidence in self-expression.\n	Water – its subtle energies and how to optimise your body’s use of it.\n	Goal setting.\n	Tracking skills.\n\nCourse costs: \n\n	\n£1260 includes 5 teaching weekends; the course manual; mentoring sessions; simple refreshments. \n\n	\nGroup numbers are limited. \n\n	\nA deposit of £100 will secure your place. \n\n	\nInstalment arrangements are available on request. \n\n	\n3 personal mentoring sessions are included in the course. \n\n	\nThe Touch for Health manual is an additional requirement – approximate cost £35 \n\n	\nPassing the optional assessment to gain the Foundation Level Certificate opens the door to a professional training in kinesiology\, starting in Novmber 2025.\n\n(An additional fee is payable for the assessment) \n\n\nCourse dates: \n2024\nOctober 26th and 27th\nNovember 23rd and 24th \n2025\nJanuary 11th and 12th\nFebruary 8th and 9th\nMarch 15th and 16th \nVenue \nGresham Court\n519 – 521 Babbacombe Road\,\nTorquay\nDevon\nTQ1 1HG\n\ninfo@greshamcourt.com\n07592 531049 \nAccommodation for the course is available and can be booked direct with Gresham Court. \nCourse Tutors: \nLizzie Hubbard and Judith Vincent \n‘We are both Creative Kinesiologists with a wealth of experience between us. We share a deep mutual respect and friendship.
