DESCRIPTION:With Sarah-Jayne Hayden-Binder\, AKFRP \nLearn to become a body detective with this LifeTracking Foundation course in kinesiology that is packed with self help tools to enhance health and vitality. \nThe course introduces you to Creative Kinesiology’s unique body-tracking approach which is the method we use to talk to the body and find out what your body is saying to you. \nThis course is for you if you: \n\n	wish to learn some wonderful self-help tools\n	want to be shown ways to help family or friends\n	would like to take the first step in becoming a professional practitioner\n	are looking for ways to enhance your current professional practice\n\nThe course consists of 11 in person teaching days\, 4 personal sessions and the completing of 12 case studies. \nThere is a strong practical element\, with the emphasis on hands on learning. \nFurther dates: \nFuture dates for this course I am hoping for are (tbc with venue and with group gathered): \nNovember 29th-1st December\, 2024 \nJanuary 24th-26th\, 2025 \nJanuary 24th-26th \nFebruary 7th\, 8th\, 2025 \n(possibly 9th if those wishing to go for assessment are ready) \nCourse costs: \n\n	\nThe course cost of £1260 includes teaching weekends\, manual\, four 121 mentoring sessions and simple refreshments. \n\n	\n£100 deposit secures your place\, payment plans and installments available on request. \n\n	\nA Touch for Health Manual is required (approximately £35).  \n\n	\nPassing the optional assessment to gain the foundation level certificate\, opens the door to the professional course\,  starting in Summer 2025 \n\n	\nAssessment cost will be between £100- £150 (depending on venue and duration). \n\n	Personal mentoring sessions with Sarah-Jayne are included\, a minimum of 4 is required over the duration of the course.\n	Self-catering accommodation is available at extra cost \n\nAbout the venue \nTrevanin Farm is a beautifully renovated farmstead quietly situated on the outskirts of the village of Woodbury Salterton. \nIt is in rural East Devon\, about 8 miles from the centre of Exeter and only 10 minutes’ drive from Junction 30 on the M5. \nThere is an hourly bus service to Exeter and Exmouth (Stagecoach route 56\, weekdays and Saturdays till early evening) and a pub within 10 minutes’ walk. \nLocal shopping is a short drive or cycle away\, or a walk across fields to Woodbury. \nThe nearest station at Topsham is a 10 minutes’ drive and the airport is 15 minutes away. \nFor more information and to register your interest (places limited) \nCall Sarah-Jayne on 07812400634 or \nEmail: trackwaysforchange@gmail.com \nwww.trackwaysforchange.co.uk \n  \n
