DESCRIPTION:June 12th- June 14th 2026\n\nTrevanin Farm\,\nWoodbury Salterton\,\nEast Devon\nEX51PS\n \nBuilding on the work of the awesome Carrie Jost\, this course looks at practical applications of this body of work\n\n	In our practice with our clients\n	For our selves when life asks us to navigate complex times.\n\n \nSarah-Jayne brings her lived experience as a carer to her complex need adult son\, her in clinic experience of 20 years plus\, and the resilience that these both require\, along with her love of the latest science and its revelations about how we can bring regulation and calm to our system (and co-regulate with those around us).\n \nThe health outcomes of this work really are only just being discovered.\n \n\nAs Carrie said “During this course you will learn how to recognise and test for Vagus Nerve imbalance with its associated trauma\, plus some great natural ways of restoring balance. We can then aim for being the best we can be\, reaching for our goals in life.”\n\n \nIt is a requirement to have passed your Kinesiology foundation level training to attend this.\n \nThis course is in three parts\n\n	Part One: Friday 12th June- Sunday 14th June taught days\n	Part Two: Home study – completing two case studies is required\n	Part Three: two personal / mentoring sessions once you have completed at least one case study.\nCourse Cost: £425\n\nSelf-catering accommodation is available at extra cost.\n\n\nAbout the venue\n\nTrevanin Farm is a beautifully renovated farmstead quietly situated on the outskirts of the village of Woodbury Salterton. It is in rural East Devon\, about 8 miles from the centre of Exeter and only 10 minutes’ drive from Junction 30 on the M5. There is an hourly bus service to Exeter and Exmouth (Stagecoach route 56\, weekdays and Saturdays till early evening) and a pub within 10 minutes’ walk. Local shopping is a short drive or cycle away\, or a walk across fields to Woodbury.
