We will be electing the new guardian team (Directors) and inviting contributions to the growing CK hub, who will have direct input into managing the priorities and future of CK, by the end of Saturday.
If you are interested but can’t make this day please let us know.

Sunday will be balancing day  We’ll be exploring the theme of momentum through the Five element map individually, in our practices and for CK as a whole. Carrie will lead a session too.

You are welcome to input ideas, or present something. Please let us know your ideas by September 30th.

All organisers, holders and presenters are giving their time for free for this weekend, so once we have paid for the venue all other monies will go towards moving CK forwards.

Group Work Skills training course

Open to any qualified kinesiologist, wishing to take their practice further, wishing to teach or to run small groups of discovery. It can help with running small groups online.

March 1st to 3rd 2024 at Trevanin Farm, Woodbury Salterton, EX5 1PS

Times 9.30 to 5 on each of the days

Cost: £340

Trainer: Carrie Jost AKFRP

This is a three-day course for those wishing to become trainers in CK, for those running small groups and for anyone interested in learning about what is involved in running groups.

Within Creative Kinesiology teaching we use experiential learning as a powerful way of putting across the ethos, methods and material of our courses so that students can learn how to become practitioners. Or how to become even better practitioners when they are taking part in a CPD training course. The course is open to any qualified kinesiologist – whatever your kinesiology training.
Most of our training takes part in a small group setting – meaning the groups would have a maximum of 12 people in them. As trust develops so group members are able to embody what is being taught and the way it is taught, and this is designed to set them up as practitioners.
This very practical course aims to equip trainers with the necessary skills, methods and approaches to enable the group to learn. Within the group process there is not only individual learning, but also learning through the relationship with trainers and the other members of the group.
You will gain some understanding of the group dynamics that can be involved and how to maximise the way that individual and group needs are met.

We shall cover the following:
* Managing group energy
* Group dynamics
* Holding group energy
* Power and relationships within the group
* Group pacing
* Dealing with typical group problems
* Models and maps of group process
* Awareness within the group
And we shall have plenty of time to practise.

The workshop is designed to take each participant and the group as a whole on a journey of self-discovery. We shall unpick the group dynamics as we go. Each participant will have the opportunity to practise working within the group, with the aim of developing your own best practice.
The course is recognised as a CPD course and as part of the Teacher Training course by the Kinesiology Federation. You will gain 26 CPD hours by attending the course and completing one case study on working with a group.

Open to any qualified kinesiologist, wishing to take their practice further, wishing to teach or to run small groups of discovery. It can help with running small groups online.

Within CK, we work with the 2 packages of energy that we bring into life, these aspects make up our Jing, both Ancestral and Spiritual which flow through our ancestral meridians. They provide a reservoir of energy, and assist our movement into leading fulfilling lives, they hold our blueprint that we inherit through our ancestry.

Through this deep dive, which expands and deepens your understanding of the Extraordinary Ancestral Meridians, and opens the offerings of these meridians, together with ways of understanding how our epigenetic/inherited trauma impacts our lives, and how to clear it from our systems and that of your clients.

What you will learn is:

  • Discovering how to best use Ancestral Meridians to clear trauma, both inherited and personal as well as inherited patterns from our body, and our DNA.
  • How to discover how the blockages impact our own maps and our potential within our DNA
  • Learning more about each meridian, what it holds for us, and how the meridian maps into the 12 meridian system
  • Specific themes, muscles and affirmations for each meridian
  • how the Ancestral Meridians map to our own Inner Body Temple
  • how the Star Nations relate to our Ancestral Meridians and our Inner Temple

For ease of learning the course has been broken up into 3 sessions, each session will be recorded and access to these will be made available to particpants, there will be plenty of time for space to ask questions.
