DESCRIPTION:Moving Forward: Our CK gathering and AGM\n \nSaturday 21st October and Sunday 22nd October\n \nTrevanin Farm Woodbury Salterton\, East Devon EX5 1PS\n\n \n\n \n\nIt is wonderful we can gather again in person\, we are so looking forward to this time together.\n \nAll who love Creative Kinesiology are invited to join us in crafting the way forward.\nThe times are changing\, and so are we.\n \nThe theme is Moving Forward: Creating momentum\n \nSaturday will be spent reconnecting\, sharing\, having our AGM\, catching up with where CK is and how we might move forward\, and celebrating Carrie’s book with an exploration led by her.\nWe will be electing the new guardian team (Directors) and inviting contributions to the growing CK hub\, who will have direct input into managing the priorities and future of CK\, by the end of Saturday.\nIf you are interested but can’t make this day please let us know.\n \nSunday will be balancing day  We’ll be exploring the theme of momentum through the Five element map individually\, in our practices and for CK as a whole. Carrie will lead a session too.\n \nYou are welcome to input ideas\, or present something. DESCRIPTION:A workshop to explore working with the bones\nOur bones provide our structure. We may take them for granted as the part of us that holds us upright and is always there to provide certainty. So – how can we best care for our bones? It is rural East Devon\, about 8 miles from the centre of Exeter\, and only 10 minutes’ drive from Junction 30 on the M5. There is an hourly bus service to Exeter and Exmouth (Stagecoach route 56\, weekdays and Saturdays until early evening)\, and a pub within 10 minutes’ walk. Local shopping is a short drive or cycle away\, or a walk across fields to Woodbury. The nearest station at Topsham is a 10 minutes’ drive\, and the airport is 15 minutes. \nThe wonderful East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is nearby: the Pebblebed Heaths have varied scenery\, nature reserves\, prehistoric sites\, and lovely tracks for walking or cycling\, with extensive views of East Devon\, the coastline of Lyme Bay\, and the Exe estuary towards Dartmoor. The pretty estuary town of Topsham is a 10 minute drive; the seaside at Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton is 20 minutes; and access to the Jurassic Coast\, Dartmoor\, and the rest of Devon is very easy via the M5 and other major roads.

DESCRIPTION:This first of a series of one-day workshops is being offered in response to requests from practitioners for an exploration of muscle-testing and the 5 Element model. \nWe will focus on a different element at each workshop\, including practicing the wider range of muscles covered in Touch for Health\, the Shen and Ko Cycles and what the elements hold on an energetic level.
