What is Lifetracking?
LifeTracking introduces Creative Kinesiology’s body-tracking approach.
By using muscle testing, it helps you connect to your body’s wisdom.
This connection allows the release of held patterns such as stress and anxiety, along with deeper, more ingrained issues.
The course covers fundamental principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, muscle testing techniques and various subtle energy tools that promote health, well-being and vitality.
Learning is hands-on and experiential, guiding you on a personal journey of development.
You will engage in group work and one to one practice to address real issues as they arise.

- Muscle Testing as a tool to balance the body at all levels.
- Fundamental principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- The Human Energy Field, the Chakras and Subtle Bodies.
- The power of the breath along with certain breathing techniques.
- The Listening Touch.
- Developing an understanding of subtle energy and how to work with it.
- Releasing old patterns and habits.
- Listening skills and the benefits they can bring.
- Understanding body language enables you to gain insight into others and to become aware of what your own body is communicating to you.
- Building confidence in self-expression.
- Water – its subtle energies and how to optimise your body’s use of it.
- Goal setting.
- Tracking skills.

£1260 includes 5 teaching weekends; the course manual; mentoring sessions; simple refreshments.

A deposit of £100 will secure your place.

Instalment arrangements are available on request.

3 personal mentoring sessions are included in the course.

The Touch for Health manual is an additional requirement – approximate cost £35

Passing the optional assessment to gain the Foundation Level Certificate opens the door to a professional training in kinesiology, starting in Novmber 2025.
