For a set fee, one of our teachers can  travel to your area, and run a fun, informative day, full of useful techniques and information you can take home to help you remain more centred and stress free.

The cost is £450, plus travel expenses and accommodation (if necessary). You would need to provide the venue, and tea and coffee….
