I live in the beautiful county of Somerset, appreciating how fortunate I am to enjoy easy access to both the levels and the sea. I have travelled widely and for a time lived and worked abroad. After many years in practice, my focus now is to support individuals to develop confident skills of personal effectiveness and optimum health and to take responsibility for their own programme of healing.
I work with individuals and both large and small groups. I encourage people to choose between what they want and what they need in a particular session, their priority in that moment in time. This priority may change during the session as we work together to explore the most gentle way to clarify and rebalance the energy systems that flow within and around the body. Using muscle testing and the many bodywork techniques within Creative Kinesiology, this is an exciting way of working. Each session is unique, sometimes surprising, often fun.
I am a healer, teacher and for over thirty six years a practicing homeopath. As Principal of the London International College of Homeopathy, I taught and ran clinics in areas of the world that had suffered war or natural disaster. Ten years ago I completed a formal training in supervision and mentoring for complementary therapists. Originally a teacher of Dance and Drama, I hold a Licentiate of the Royal Academy of Music and offer courses in communication, presentation skills and stress management. I continue to work within the Native American Tradition having completed a long apprenticeship with several teachers.
Touch for Health
I have worked as a mentor and supervisor for complementary therapists since 2009 offering both small group work and individual sessions. It is an essential part of our working practice in this often chaotic world.
Mentoring offers a way of self reflective development in a safe and confidential space in a compassionate and non judgemental way. Here we can recognise ourselves as successful and effective kinesiologists mapping where we are and how we navigate forward in our practice.
